Harada Eika is a player character played by Doshii Jun and is currently involved in the ISC Enkidu plot.

Height: 1.44 meters (4 feet, 8 inches) Mass: 49 kg (~110 pounds) Measurements: 33-24-37 Build and Skin Color: Eika is short and thin, but obviously disproportionate. She has light olive skin.

Eyes and Facial Features: Eika has almond-shaped, dark brown eyes and a slim, narrow face. Her lips are neither pouty or thin, and her nose is flattened, harkening to a more traditional Yamataian shape.

Hair Color and Style: Eika's hair is black and thin, almost stick-like, as it falls down the back of her head. Her ears usually keep it from her face, as it stops above the base of her neck.

Distinguishing Features: Eika has long fingers, but they look more muscular than the rest of her body suggests they should be. Her arms, too, are defined a little more than the average Neko. She also has an acute sense of smell.

She will wear black barrettes in her hair in no particular style, as long as it keeps her hair out of her way while she's working on a patient. She also has small, dark freckles on her cheeks and over her nose, shoulders and chest.

Personality: Eika's not a very warm person now, though she used to be. She's closed off, insular and unsure of where her place is supposed to be. Ambition is also a foreign concept to her, as in the pursuit of higher station in life, but she usually seems unsatisfied with her own lot. She avoids eye contact with other people, but when speaking of things medical, she has a very calm confidence to her.

Her tolerance of other people's pain is disturbingly high, as long as it's in the pursuit of medicine. Her bedside manner, however, is easy, soothing and quaint.

Ketsurui Zaibatsu

Eika was a combat medic with the Star Army of Yamatai for about one-and-a-half years. She was on a garrison assignment on Valaad about two days before the NMX hit, then was called away to Nepleslia as part of a small diplomatic mission between the medical corps of Yamatai and Nepleslia. She was late getting to the shuttle because of a last-minute deployment and had to take a shuttle by herself.

She found out the day after the NMX had taken Valaad that her entire unit was dead. The NMX had stopped looking when her shuttle had gone through to Nepleslia.

Now without a unit, she tried to contact Yamatai, but the NMX were practically blockading the planet. The planet's denizens were mostly hostile to her. After a few months of “professional courtesy”-based assistance from officers in Nepleslia's medical corps, she was told to beat it.

She went a week without any shelter and very little food. Eika eventually found a ship with the ramp down, and thought nothing of sneaking onboard to get something, anything to eat. She smelled medical supplies from some part of the ship, so she went to that area to see if there were things she could steal there.

She ended up spending more than two weeks inside the medical bay, sometimes hiding in the big cabinet, because of a fight that broke out on the ship.

That ship is the ISC Enkidu.

Eika was trained by the Star Army of Yamatai, so she is capable of delivering and/or responding to direct and indirect fire with ranged weapons, as well as fighting hand-to-hand, in Yamatai-like conditions and in zero gravity. Weapons she is trained in include energy pistols, knives and power armor.

Eika not only knows how to use common communication devices (starships, power armor, shuttles, paper) in all conditions and in all situations, but she well versed in 7-line and other emergency signaling procedures. Eika is fluent in Yamataian and Nepleslian, and can telepathically talk to other Yamataians and Nekovalkyrja.

Eika knows how to use all standard Star Army equipment, as well as any common and several uncommon medical supplies.

Eika is deeply knowledgeable about all Star Army medical procedures.

Eika is capable of operating any computer system that uses the Kessaku OS, found on all Star Army starships. She is proficient in entering and/or searching for information.

Eika received basic mathematics training, to including up to algebra and trigonometry.
