Qin Chuntao is a slender woman of Lianjia descent. She has long dark brown hair and dark brown eyes. She normally either keeps her hair down or keeps it up in various forms of buns. She often wears flashy or semi-revealing clothing when out in public. Her left leg and right arm have been completely replaced with cybernetics and data ports can be seen at the back of her neck that allows her to directly connect with computer systems.

Qin Chuntao is a very outspoken woman. While aggressive is not a term that many would apply to her, she is very assertive and forward in how she conducts business. When she sees an opportunity in front of her, she will immediately leap at it once a proper risk assessment is done.

In private, Chuntao is a much more reserved individual that prefers the company of close confidants or herself. In such periods of time, she writes calligraphy that she will display to the public after major decisions.

Qin Chuntao was born on YE 11 in Roger Wilco City. Her childhood was very upper middle class, isolated from much of the typical lifestyle Nepleslians go through. Though she was not ignorant of it as members of her clan were high ranking members of Lianjia Triads. She is far enough removed from it that it often is not brought up in conversations about her.

Though she would be thrown into triad politics when a rival, the Golden Orchid Group, took over pingan_biotech_corp in a hostile take over. She blamed her father's connections to the Ryu-Mizumitsu Clan and their downfall in Yamatai for giving them the opportunity.

Now exiled to Yamatai with the rest of her family, she has decided to assess her current opportunities. Should she join the Star Army of Yamatai or pursue some other profession as she thinks of ways to get back at the Golden Orchid.

Your character is familiar with basic radio operation and procedures and can make transmissions to and receive transmissions from other characters through headsets, starships, power armor, and shuttles in both combat and non-combat conditions. Your character is fluent in Trade (language) and (optionally) Yamataigo (邪馬台語). She can speak and write both correctly and efficiently and can write reports, fill forms, issue orders under fire, etc.

Your character received hand-to-hand combat training, followed up with a rigorous training program. She is skilled and experienced in combat both in Yamatai-like conditions and in zero-gravity, with and without weapons. Weapons she is trained in include energy pistols, knives, and power armor. Qin Chuntao is a student of philosophy. She has spent years reading old books regarding her ethnic group's history and ways of life. She uses a lot of this to help guide her actions and understand the actions of others. But she is not firmly bound to it and is willing to learn other forms of philosophy if deemed worthy to advance her understanding of the world.

Qin Chuntao is a licensed cybernetics specialist and medical profession in Nepleslia. She can install (surgery), diagnose, and maintain a person's body in relation to their implants. While she is primiarily a surgeon, she knows the basic medical knowledge of humans and NH lifeforms to function as a general practitioner as well.

Chuntao also has a basic understanding a biochemistry and the required math needed to understand it.

Your character is capable of operating any computer system that uses the Kessaku OS, found on all Star Army starships. She is proficient in entering and/or searching for information.

As a Nepleslian Genshrin, Qin Chuntao is augmented to better handle living in an increasingly hostile universe. Being a cybernetics specialist herself, she possesses some rather cutting edge or experimental augmentations from her time working in her father's biotech company.

60% of Chuntao's brain has been cyberized with a combination of biosynthetic replacements and nano-implants as part of a project at the company called Zhenren. Technically a final prototype, the Zhenren X5N package grants Chuntao digital mind like abilities similar to that of NH lifeforms. Though due to it being a prototype, she cannot freely wirelessly connect with digital telepathy capable species like post NH-1 lifeforms without additional hardware. But she can connect wirelessly (and by wire) to any computer network (or Neko) she has been given access right for.

She also has a number of software packages added to enhance her mental abilities. A drawback for her is the occasional annoying migraine pain medication can dull.

Chuntao's ribcage is minimally reinforced to support the complete replacement of her limbs with mechanical augmentations. Regarding her organs, they are largely untouched saved for her heart which has electroactive polymers that help her it pump more efficiently. Lastly, data ports for direct line connections to equipment are located above her shoulder blades.

Chuntao's right arm and left leg have been completely replaced by sleek Zhenren X1 black mechanical limbs. There is nothing overly special about her leg other then that it has been reinforced to act as a bludgeoning weapon with inertia enhancers to add force to kicks.

Her right arm possess a similar inertia enhancer to empower punches and can have extendable nanoceramic blade should she provide the material needed to create it to the nanomachines within. Her palm and forearm also have volumetric projectors and data ports to connect to equipment.
