Yukihiko Risa is a player character played by Kimberly M and is currently involved in the YSS Nadare, Fourth Standard Fleet plot.

Build and Skin Color: Risa's body is of an obviously curvy build, yet otherwise fairly average, being neither lean nor chubby. Her skin has a honeyed colour, giving her the natural appearance of having a permanent tan.

Facial Features and Eye Color: Heart-shaped, bright emerald green eyes.

Hair Color and Style: Pure white with vague orange highlights, usually worn loose, falling down just past her shoulders. During official ceremonies, she will usually gather it in a tight pony-tail or gathered into a bun. The fur on her ears grows more orange the closer to the tip.

Distinguishing Features:

As a Nekovalkyrja, she has no distinguishing features, except her SPINE connection points going down her back, as well as a Ketsurui Zaibatsu serial number tattoo.

Personality: Unlike the stereotypical perception of an Intelligence Officer, Yukihiko Risa is a cheerful, energetic, and outgoing Nekovalkyrja. Risa loves her position and job within the Star Army of Yamatai, and always tries to do her best for her superior officers.

Fitting of her position as an Intelligence Officer, Risa is very inquisitive and curious, and has an attention to details which helps her preform her duties as an Intelligence Officer. Risa allways does her best to do her duties with a smile, and never wears her feelings on her sleeves, especially when she is calculating a situation or assessing a stratagem or formulating a tactic.

Likes: The Star Army of Yamatai, painting, being a useful asset, learning, reading. Dislikes: Negative people, ignorant people, cowards, sycophants. Goals: Advancing her military career, becoming head of SAINT.

Ketsurui Zaibatsu

Risa began her life like most other Nekovalkyrja, by being created by the Ketsurui Zaibatsu, and later went to study at the Kyoto War College at Kastuko no Iori. While she initially began the training to be accepted into SAINT, she was quickly transferred to be trained to become an Intelligence Officer, due to her intuitive grasp of tactics and the ease which she displays in a seat of command.

Risa easily made friends during her time at the War College, some of which were transferred to the YSS Macabre, whom reccomended her to be transferred to the 4th Standard Fleet.

During her spare time, Risa picked up painting as a hobby, and soon grew adept at it, and became passionate about painting, drawing, and art in general, and loves to spend time cultivating her skills.

Risa is familiar with basic radio operation and procedures and can make transmissions to and receive transmissions from other characters through headsets, starships, power armor, and shuttles in both combat and non-combat conditions. She is also fluent in Nepleslian and Yamataian. She can speak and write both correctly and efficiently and can write reports, fill forms, issue orders under fire, etc. Also, thanks to being a Nekovalkyrja, she is capable of telepathic communication.

Risa received hand-to-hand combat training, followed up with a rigorous training program. She is skilled and experienced in combat both in Yamatai-like conditions and in zero-gravity, with and without weapons. Weapons she is trained in include energy pistols, knives, and power armor.

Risa is capable of operating any computer system that uses the Kessaku OS, found on all Star Army starships. She is proficient in entering and/or searching for information.

Risa received advanced mathematics training, to including up to algebra and trigonometry.

During her time at the Kyoto War College, Risa studied Star Army history as well as Yamatai Star Empire law in according to her Officer training.

Risa also studied Public speaking and Commanding during her time at the Kyoto War College, as well as Intelligence from her eariler attempts to join SAINT.

Initially picked up as a hobby, painting and making art has grown into something of a passion for Risa, and she enjoys indulging and advancing her skills just as much as her military career.
