The Shichou recently emerged in early YE 30 as a result of a family growing in size and influence. Shichou Yuriko's influence and reputation had expanded greatly during her stay within the Yugumo Cluster, which resulted in several families pledging themselves to her own family. As a result, the Shichou were formed. While still underdeveloped, they name both the Democratic Imperium of Nepleslia & Lorath Matriarchy as their friends. They also share ties to the Motoyoshi-Tange Alliance as a result of Shichou Yuriko's involvement with one of their prominent members, Motoyoshi Misato.

The Shichou also own, and operate Kakutama Heavy Industries within the Yugumo Cluster.

The signature weapon of this clan is the Shichou Bladed Weapon.
