The Rotygo Akko Stako is a recent addition to Poku Saeruo Degonjo arsenal that became available in 755 CY (YE 36).
The Rotygo Akko Stako is an adaptation of Gauss weaponry by the Poku Saeruo Degonjo for use by their Stako Yanuto (Exo-Skel). It is a heavy weapon which can be used with any Stako. The weapon is far too large to be used by even Qaktoro effectively. The weapon has two modes of operation, single round and three round burst. It fires a 37cm long x 2.79 cm wide Mâqirây (Bound Metal) projectile at high velocity.
The Rotygo Akko Stako was developed as part of a project to update and expand clan weaponry due to the colonization and expansion efforts. This team was responsible for the producing a weapon for the Frame and the combat armor. The design team chose to use the same exterior appearance, but are scaled to the unit it was intended for. Initial design included an integrated power supply, this however caused thermal issues, and was deemed redundant since the weapon was meant to be used by a frame which could supply power.

See Damage Rating (Version 3) for an explanation of the damage system.
Mounted on top of the Rotygo Akko Stako is the targeting system. It resembles a scope that would be used by smaller weapons, but it has not real display on the back of it. All data from the array is transmitted to the Stako's control system an displayed on the HUD.
The array has the following:
The Barrel runs three quarters of the length of the weapon. It is constructed of several components. They are listed here:
The barrel frame is constructed of Mâqirây (Bound Metal) and is 3 meters in length. It is lined with Magnetic coils that provide the motive force for the projectile. The projectiles are suspended by the magnetic field of the coils, so they do not contact the inside of the barrel. The bore of the barrel is 3.04cm (1.2in).
The projectile is accelerated through a series of Superconducting magnetic coils. Each coil activates sequentially to continue accelerating the projectile. The coils are cooled by a system to keep the coils at optimum conductivity temperature.
The weapon casing surrounds the barrel and its surrounding coils is constructed of Mâqirây (Bound Metal).
The weapon is primarily powered by the frame's power system by means of a cable. The weapon's capacitor system can hold a charge sufficient for two three round bursts.
The Rotygo Acco Stako loading system extracts a round from the magazine and pulls it back in the weapon to the entry point of the barrel. When first activated the system chambers three rounds. The loading system also serves as a recoil suppression system.
The magazine houses 48 of the 37cm projectiles in a staggered pattern. Magazine can be ejected and replaced in a matter of seconds.
