Petty Officers show leadership qualities among their fellow enlisted. They have the ability to pull a group of people together and have them accomplish tasks more efficiently. People of this rank are often prime examples of the services they lead and are usually the most skilled person in their assignment. Characters with the rank of Petty Officer make 455 DA a week and usually have authority when it comes to their expertise.
