P'lurebe is the seventh rank of officership in the Shukara Volunteer Navy, it is a rank above a J'Yura but below a Q'Abrenal, and is responsible for commanding medium sized groups or even commanding task forces in battle. They are also given command of starbases and ground bases. The rank is pronounced as Paa-or-rebe
