• Correct: He saw three nekos.
• Incorrect: He saw three neko's.

• armor (not armors)
• GP-12 pistols (don't use an apostrophe!)
• Mindy armors (not Mindies, since MINDY is an name and an acronym)
• Mishhuvurthyar
• Nekovalkyrja (this is the same as the singular)
• Nepleslians
• Rippers
• Samurai
• Yamataians
