Let's try to get this moving quickly. I'd like the legislation in place before we end up in war.

Shoot, first Moonie lures me in with the fleet, now I'm feeling the urge for a seat on the government; you people can't let me be content, can you? ;3
 
Drei isn't a senator, but she provides relevant advice to the senators.

In effect, she's something like a 'super PC' that brings up information for the senators to view. She can't vote on policy, only advise.
