Heya, Liza here. Just clarifying that most of this post is set in YE 29, minus the bit at the end. I just wanted to give Chiheisen more background and decided a RP post would be the best option. Also thank you @FrostJaeger for helping with some descriptions and Joint Posting the Patrician characters!!! (Art included was done by me

Elysia Novus
Empyrean
YE 29.6
17.00 Hours

The white-hued marble buildings of Empyrean, with their columns, stained glass, and gothic architecture were as always a sight to behold as the golden rays of the setting sun played across their mostly well-maintained exteriors, with external - and in a few cases, internal - lights beginning to flicker to life as the light of the aforementioned sun was replaced with the soothing embrace of the night sky. A public transportation vehicle floated its way down the residential sector, with two Elysian Plebeians in tow. Standing rather tall for a Plebeian, a platinum haired adult female looked out at the moving city scape outside, perhaps reminiscing on older times called upon by the distinct Elysian architecture surrounding her. The Elysian female wore a Star Army duty uniform proudly, she only had a little time before she had to return to work. And peering out the opposite side would have been a very bouncy and excited child, bearing a remarkable similarity to her mother. Her restraints had come off rather intentionally within only 5 minutes of the ride, which the purple eyed kid had spent peering out into the grand Elysian capital all the way from the port from which they disembarked. Fog was slowly building up on the window as the Plebeian almost hyperventilated on it, seeming extremely excited to be visiting a new planet she had never seen before, one so different from her hometown of Yamatai. Upon the sight of an impressive building passing by, she pointed at it and turned back to her mother, almost screaming out in excitement.

"Mother! That one looks so cool! Can we go there PLEAAASEEEE?!?!"

The adult sitting on the other side of the cab glanced over to her child, letting out a sigh before offering her a warm smile. She placed a rather strong hand on the kids shoulder and sat her back down on the seat, putting the vehicle's restraints back on over the child's shoulders, much to the dismay of the small birb. Before the kiddo could complain, the lady put up her index finger up over her face, shaking it at her. "Ah-Ah-Ah! that seat belt stays on. Tell you what, if you keep it on until we get to the house, we'll go visit a cool place before we leave in a couple of days!" She grinned as the kiddo crossed her arms, pouting in the vehicle's seat. "Yes Ma'am..." the small one grumbled out, crossing her arms.

It wouldn't take long for the cab to arrive at its destination, a rather standard Elysian home, designated to a rather sizable Plebeian family. Some family members were outside, likely awaiting the duo's arrival: A rather short female Plebeian, with brown, long hair and a comparatively taller platinum haired male. The Elysian mother opened the door of the cab once it stopped moving, stepping outside. She held the door open as she said something to the other occupant of the car, prompting the plebeian child to promptly shoot out like an aether charged torpedo, aimed directly for the two Elysians who were expecting them. The smaller Plebeian female outside happily captured the tiny birb torpedo into a tight embrace, pulling her up onto her shoulder.

"AUNTIEEEE" The kiddo shouted, pretty much for the entire neighborhood to hear as she hugged the hell out of the brown haired Elysian, who only laughed in delight. "Awww! Chichi- look at how much you've grown you little gremlin!" She grinned, nodding at the child's mother who was now carrying several bags obtained from the cab’s storage, which was now moving away from the house. Upon receiving a gentle nod back from the mother, Chiheisen’s auntie gingerly took the kiddo inside, leaving the two platinum haired Plebeians together.

"I'm not going to salute you and act all militarily for you if that's what you're waiting for, sis" The male teased at the luggage enhanced Elysian, who rolled her eyes with a dumb grin plastered over her face. She put down some bags and hugged her brother, letting out a long sigh. "It's been far too long, how is everything??". The male simply gave her a gentle hug in return, before nodding. "The situation here has been improving, albeit slowly. At the very least, this area is pretty comfortable and we don't get too many issues."

"Good!" The Plebeian female smiled as she gave her brother some of the bags, which he begrudgingly accepted. Her smile eventually faltered, perhaps hesitating to speak on what she was about to bring up. She eventually got on with it- "So- i know its kinda a rough topic but... hows the kid?". The males expression shifted, sighing as his gaze was diverted up to the top of the house behind them. "Up in the attic, probably studying... Its been a little rough with him. He barely talks to any of us". The female sighed as she looked up to the attic of the small house, nodding along, "Take it easy with him. You don't just... come out of a warzone and forget about it. I'm just glad he's alive... at least we have someone to remember our sister by. " There was a solemn silence outside between both siblings as they remembered their older sibling, notably absent after having died during the Third Elysian War. There had been a lot of animosity within the family, but at this point most of them were willing to put it all behind... The elysian mother finally cracked a smile and gave her brother a gentle shoulder nudge, both of them making their way back inside.

The quiet ambience of the rather small household was interrupted by a vessel cutting through the atmosphere. A Nozomi class, it bobbed and weaved as it was daringly maneuvered around the entire house, glistening a little in the sunlight beaming in from the outside. However, it wasn't a normal Nozomi class ship. Infinitely smaller, its hull consisted of soft plastic material instead of military grade alloys, and not propelled by its own engines, but by a tiny hand tightly gripping the vessel around its hull. Chiheisen was running up and down the entire house, making funny little engine and weapons fire noises as she attempted to replicate what a real Nozomi class would sound like. It was as if she was combatting an invisible target, one likely being generated by her imagination. After a rather swift victory, the plebeian made all her way back upstairs and to the ladder leading to the attic. Hovering in front of it for a moment, she held the little plastic ship up high.

"This is Taisa Takahashi of the YSS..." Chichi hesitated for a moment, before looking at the letters imprinted on the plastic toy's hull. "YSS Nozomi! Requesting docking permission!" She giggled to herself, before attempting to impersonate a muffled operator's voice, essentially giving herself permission. The smol birb climbed up the ladder promptly, making engine noises as she got up into the room above, and jumped down on an inflatable mattress which had been her bed the previous night, setting her little ship down on the mattress next to her. "starship docked, great job crew!!" The Elysian child smiled at herself as she rolled around the mattress a little, burning off her obviously accumulated energy.

A cold glance hit the kid from the other side of the room, originating from a quiet Elysian male, sitting down at a desk. Pencil in hand, he had clearly been writing something down, focus interrupted by the abrupt entrance of the pretend starship Captain. He squinted hard at her, then at the Yamataian built ship in her hand. Chiheisen didn't know why he seemed so disgusted by the toy, she didn't understand what it symbolized to him. Chichi turned to look at him, upside down on the bed as she grinned, holding up the little toy ship in her hand.

"So can we play now??? I have another ship in my baggie! You could be its taisa!"

The teen scowled at her, before turning back to whatever he was writing. He grumbled out a response to the excited kid's question, irritated by her presence. "No. Go away."

"Awww... Why not? Are you still busy or something? I've already ran around the house six times and everyones doin boring stuff! Come on-" Orion rudely cut the kid off, elevating his tone a little as he glanced back to Chichi, with rather angered looking eyes. "Then go play outside. Leave me be."

Chiheisen paused, before grinning widely and snatching her little ship from the top of the inflatable mattress. She giggled, jumping off the temporary bed. "Great idea!!! Ill go on a deep exploration mission and fight off some baddies! THAAAANKS!!!". The hyperactive kid ran around in a circle, before heading back down the ladder. Orion only sighed as he heard footsteps stomping all the way down the stairs, followed by the front door opening and closing... Finally, peace and quiet...

Elysia Novus
Empyrean, Outside the Takahashi House
YE 29.6
10.00 Hours

It had only really been an hour of Chiheisen running around the front yard of the Takahashi house with her little ship in tow. She was currently undergoing an imaginary space battle, running around and weaving her ship around the air. Granted, she was getting a little tired of dashing around the place, finally beginning to slow down- she had only been running about for an hour and a half... The Elysian plebeian plopped down next to the side walk, setting her little ship down for a quick refueling session. She pulled out a snack bar from her pocket, nibbling on it for the time being as she watched the occasional Elysian transport float around in front of the house.

Several ominous shadows appeared at the street corner in the form of three Patrician children, all of which were dressed in the white-hued (and very expensive) garb typical of their kind. Two of them - an older boy and a younger girl - were clearly siblings, as evidenced by their identical pale white skin and black hair, though the former had black wings and hazel eyes as opposed to the latter's white wings and golden eyes. The third was a boy with cream-colored skin, white hair, white wings, and grey eyes framed by a pair of pricy-looking glasses - and like the other two, he was looking at Chiheisen, who was blissfully unaware of the danger lurking less than a hundred feet away. "Is that the silly little Elysian? The one who thinks that she's a filthy little cat?" asked the black-haired boy, who - being the largest of the three - was clearly the leader of the group.

"No, brother of mine, that's clearly a mud-covered pig, oinking to itself as it plays in its pen," said the girl with an exaggerated roll of her eyes. "Of course it's her you wingless dingus! She matches the picture, and the address matches, too. Unless-[/color]"

"Unless you can't read, because we all know you failed that reading test at school, booger-brain," cut in the black-haired boy. "Father was so mad, too!"

"It was by one point, you poopy head! And besi-"

The girl's retort was interrupted by an "Enough, you two, and remember what you-know-who said: No. Freaking. Names."

"But we didn't use any names!" chorused the two siblings in unison.

"'Brother' and 'Sister' are close enough to names, and pipe down for God's sake. Now, are we gonna do this or not? The longer we stand here, the more likely an adult's gonna ask questions."

"Yeah, good point. Okay, let's go get the heathen scum."

The trio began walking towards Chi-Chi, who - thanks to being engrossed in her food - didn't notice the trio until it was too late.

The Plebeian only looked up at them from her resting spot as they got close. She didn't really seem concerned by their sudden appearance, simply assuming they were walking by! That is- after all, what sidewalks are for. She kept up her snack bar consumption, offering the three imposing patricians a casual little wave, smiling with the bar in her mouth. While she was aware of what a patrician was, and could tell the difference, the little Yamataian-born Elysian didn't really understand their significance.

"How disgustingly cute,," said the black-haired girl as she stood behind the Plebeian.

"Yeah, it's clear she's spent too long living among the unclean barbarians, because she's obviously forgotten her proper place," said the white-haired boy as he stood to the right of the Plebeian.

"And it's our duty to guide wayward souls back to the path of the righteous," said the black-haired boy as he reached down and snatched up the Plebeians food and precious spaceship model with his hands. "You and us are gonna be taking a little walk, Plebeian," he continued with an angry sneer, "And if you cry for your mother or father or say so much as a peep, you're never going to see your stupid little starship again. Now, let's go."

With that, the black-haired girl and white-haired boy - both of who were wearing brand-new (and luxurious) gloves - reached down and attempted to force Chi-Chi to her feet.

As the Patricians surrounded her and began hurling out strange.. religious sounding insults, the Plebeians chipper smile faded into a confused frown. She piped in- "Hey.. thats not very-" before being cut off by the black haired female and the white haired boy forcing her up onto her feet. She seemed confused and upset now, before trying to tug herself out of their grip, complaining as the lead patrician took her little toy. "Hey! That's mine, leave it alone! If you want one get one yourself!" She hissed, tugging her arm out of the female patrician's grip- unfortunately not strong enough to wrench her other arm out.

The black-haired boy let out a curse under his breath as he realized that the supposedly helpless target wasn't going to surrender easily like he'd expected her to. "Grab her legs, Si-uh, Gold! Grey, grab her other arm and keep her quiet! If she... wait, no, I'm not gonna give her ideas!"

"Gold? Really? THAT's the best you could come up with? God, you're such an idiot... grumbled the black-haired girl as she bent forward and picked up Chiheisen's legs.

Her white-haired counterpart, however, was much less successful; though he was able to grab the Plebeians other arm with his own, he lost control of it when he was forced to move a hand over Chi-Chi's mouth to prevent her from screaming and alerting nearby adults to her troubles. "Damnation! Stop struggling!"

The black-haired boy, meanwhile, had whipped out his phone and was frantically speaking into it. "Get over here now, we need help with the... snake! Yeah, the pet snake is loose, and we need you to pick us up so that we can take h-uh, it to the doctor!"

The kid grunted as the patricians attempted to restrain her, mostly successful, Her pitiful little Plebeian wings began to get ruffled, eyes frantically glancing back and forth at the teenage patricians keeping her still. She let out a muffled, angered yell, and got her chance to make a move as her hand slipped from the boy's grip. She turned and glared into the female's eyes, the little plebeian balling her fist. As a child of two Star Army Infantry Soldiers, Chiheisen wasn't completely defenses, and she had been taught some pretty basic self defense tactics. The kid reasoned in her head that a simple punch would've been enough, propelling her hand forwards and smashing it against the female patrician's nose, surprisingly hard.

Fortunately for Chiheisen, the punch caught the black-haired girl completely off guard, causing her to drop the Plebeians legs, let out a brief "OWww!" of pain that was quickly suppressed, and instinctively clutch her nose, which began to drip blood onto the Patrician's clothes.

Unfortunately for Chiheisen, at that moment an unmarked Elysian hover car with tinted windows pulled up, its rear passenger doors already opening even as it came to a halt. With the incredible strength available to Patricians - even ones that were barely teenagers - the white-haired yeeted the Plebeian into the hovercar's back seat and piled in behind her, along with the black-haired boy and nosebleed-afflicted black-haired girl. Before he closed the door behind him, however, the black-haired boy - who was also wearing gloves - threw the model Nozomi onto the ground with all of his might, causing it to break into a half-dozen or so pieces.

Then the door slammed shut, and the hover car was on its way.

1705688018391.png

The plebeian yelled and struggled inside the car, throwing mostly random and panicked kicks and punches. While most only served as a warning to keep the patricians away, a few of them hit, albeit not causing too much harm to the much stronger Patricians. There wasn't much else she could feasibly do, tears rolling down her cheeks as the lil birb continued to panic.

The involuntary hover car ride - whose length was impossible for Chi-Chi to determine, given how the adrenaline flooding her system stretched each second into an eternity - was anywhere from five minutes to an hour, and involved a plethora of twists, turns, starts, and stops; finally, however, it came to an end. The poor Plebeian was manhandled - girlhandled? - out of the car and into a dead-end alley on what appeared to be the very outskirts of the city, given how faded and crumbling the surrounding marble buildings looked. It was dusk - as evidenced by the rather beautiful colors the sky had assumed - and, judging by the looks on the faces of the three Patrician children as the hover car drove off, it was time for Chiheisen to have a very, very bad time. The black-haired girl - whose white clothing was severely marred by darkened blood - looked positively murderous as she stood in front of the kid... but it was the black-haired boy (who had Chi-Chi's right arm in a vice-like grip) who spoke up first.

"Now, why is a sin-ridden piece of vermin like you tainting our glorious and holy planet?"

Chichi's struggling ceased as she caught her breath, still forced on her feet by the other two Patricians. She growled angrily, staring up at the Elysian youth questioning her, perhaps unintentionally defiantly. "Vermin?? Says the coward who needs two other cowards to keep me still!" Chi lashed out at the Patrician, angrily. "I wasn't even doing anything bad! Just leave me alone!"

"Wrong answer, heathen," retorted the white-haired boy keeping her left arm restrained in an ironclad grip. "You're here to repent the manymanymanymany sins you've committed, because the Lord is merciful, even to those who have blasphemed as much as you have. Gold?"

"It would be my pleasure," sneered the black-haired girl as she stepped closer. And closer.

Then, without any warning, punched Chi-Chi as hard as she possibly could, the first blow landing squarely in the Plebeians midsection - and the second directly on her nose, causing it to immediately start bleeding. Chiheisen cried as the punches were delivered, tears rolling down her cheeks, along with her now bloodied nose. She attempted to curl up into herself, unfortunately still being held up on her feet.

Not even the boys had been expecting such violence, judging by their gasps and by the black-haired boy's cry of "Se-Gold! We were told to bruise her, not-"

Gold then landed a third punch onto Chi-Chi that snapped her face sideways with the force of the impact and stepped back and planted a roundhouse kick onto the poor girl's torso - or would have, had the black-haired boy not barely managed to block the attack with an outstretched arm as he stepped in front of Chiheisen. "That's enough, Gold. You're going overboard, you know it, and you know he's going to be upse-"

"Oh sod off, you featherbrained coward. You-know-who never said we couldn't have a little fun, and besides, she had it com-HEY!"

For a moment after that third punch, which sent her head to the side, Chiheisen hadn't done anything, the kid staring at the floor silently as tears rolled down her face. But something snapped inside of her, the plebeian's head snapping back towards the patrician in front of her, crucially facing away. With a sudden tug, the child wrenched her arm out of the white haired Patrician's grasp, and unfortunately for the black haired kid, Gold's warning came in far too late. Chichi kicked up into the Patrician's... weak spot, yelling angrily as she committed to the nuclear option. "YAAAAAAAAH"

"My... eggs..." groaned the black-haired boy, writhing in absolute agony as he toppled down to the ground in front of the Plebeian child. The plebeian looked down upon the fallen archangel, and spat on him angrily. "Ele... elevator..."

As punishment, Chi-Chi was then spent sprawling to the floor by a kick to her chin from the black-haired Patrician in a rather impressive display of flexibility. "Only I get to do that to him, you... you bitch!" She than began to land kick after kick in to the fallen Plebeians vulnerable midsection - only to be stopped by the white-haired boy, who quite literally had to wrench his female accomplice away from Chi-Chi with his own two hands. "Come ON, Gold. Remember the plan, and remember what'll happen to us if we mess it up."

"Fine, fine..." grumbled Gold, clearly unsatisfied with the damage she'd inflicted onto the poor Plebeian. "Here, help me drag her."

Chichi began to pathetically cry on the ground as she was repeatedly assaulted by the Patrician, trying to cover her head with her arms and her wings. She remained curled up, shivering as she bled more from her nose, whimpering. "...W-why... I didnt do anythin... just stoppp..."

Grey let out a sigh. "No, we're pulling her, not dragging her. She's in enough pain as is, and besides, if she cracks her skull open on the stairs or something, we're screwed, because she'll bleed out or something. That's what happened on holovision, anyways... whatever. Let's go."

With that, the two standing Patricians each grabbed one of Chi-Chi's arms, and roughly began to haul her up the stairs of an adjacent building; though there were only a few stairs, they were all metal - and thus cut several scrapes (albeit non-bleeding ones) into the Plebeians shins. Chiheisen barely reacted, the youngling crying all the way up the stairs. She didn't comprehend why. Once at the door, the white-haired boy pulled out his phone and entered a code (probably written down on said phone) into the door's touch-screen keypad. With a fweep, the keypad accepted the code, unlocked the door, and swung it open - leading to the darkened interior inside.

After a minute or so of walking, the trio stopped in front of an elevator. "Gold?"

"Right, right, elevator time," said the black-haired girl as she took out her phone, opened a note-taking app, and began to enter commands into the elevator's touch-screen controls. Following a few seconds of furious tapping, she was able to pull up what appeared to be a command-line console of some kind; a few seconds after that, and the elevator doors opened with the protest common to mechanical devices that hadn't been used in a long period of time. "Enjoy your stay in Purgatory, you stupid cat-loving harlot," said the white-haired boy as he unceremoniously tossed Chiheisen into the elevator's pitch black interior. "Okay, lock her up."

With the press of a few buttons, the black-haired girl made the elevator doors close; with a lot more button presses, she uninstalled the elevator's operating system - making it literally impossible for the Plebeian within to open the doors without outside existence. "Alright, let's go pick up Mister Eggs out there and call for our ride home. It's nearly dinnertime, and I'm starving."

The kid only stared at the exterior as the doors closed, before trying to dash outside with a frantic jump. Instead, she simply smacked her face directly against the solid metal elevator door. She punched at the metallic surface repeatedly, yelling for the Patricians to let her out of the Elevator. But no response came from the outside. The Elysian cried until she ran out of tears, her voice eventually reduced to nothing. She simply sat against what she thought was the back wall, eventually losing track of time.

The Patricians known as Selaphiel Valeria (the black-haired girl) and Raguel Sulpicia (the white-haired boy) stepped outside into the evening air, the former already calling her father, Barachiel Valeria, for a ride home and the latter already on his way to retrieve the groaning form of Machariel Valeria, the black-haired boy and older brother of Selaphiel. Though none of them knew it, cleaners were already en route to remove any trace of their presence from the scene of the crime - and within exactly twenty-four hours, the Military Police would receive an anonymous tip leading them to Chi-Chi's location.

It was a harsh price for the child to pay, of course (and would undoubtedly give her post-traumatic stress disorder and a phobia of elevators) but Barachiel Valeria, the brains behind the operation, had to make examples of those who would dare to betray their home nation - and in his opinion, there was no better example than that of a traitor's child.

Empyrean, Takahashi House

2100 Hours

Takahashi house was deathly silent, in spite of the small home being chock full of family, neighboring Plebeians, and even some Star Army soldiers. Upstairs inside the attic, Orion had been watching something, probably completely unrelated on a holotab. His watch session was interrupted as two Elysians climbed up into the attic- Chiheisen and her father. Chiheisen's dad, still clad in Star army uniform, quietly helped the kid onto the air matress set up inside the attic, before saying something to her. He didn't stick around after that, choosing to leave the two Plebeians inhabiting the room and allow them to go to sleep. Chiheisen's demeanor was the harrowing opposite of what it had been the previous day- The once enthusiastic and hyperactive child had been reduced to a silent echo. The Elysian simply laid on her side, remaining completely still.

Orion watched her lay there for several minutes, expecting at least some acknowledgement from the Elysian who quite literally would not shut up two days before. He finally spoke up, sitting up on his bed and putting his tablet to the side. "What happened?"

For a moment Chiheisen didn't react, before slowly turning over to look at her cousin. The child's piercing, angered gaze could likely very easily kill someone, making Orion even shy away a little as he glanced towards his desk. Her last few days had been hellish, the entire incident, the following questions by the Military Police once they found her. She had been hounded by everyone the second she was rescued from the dreaded elevator, and evident from her expression, she wanted no more of it. "Shut up". Came a simple response, the kid turning to face away once again, staring at the entrance to the attic once more.

After a moment, she could hear Orion getting up and rummaging through something. Chichi didn't really care much, at least until she felt the touch of cold plastic gently poking her cheek. She looked up, opening her mouth to yell at her cousin, before stopping as her eyes focused on the object that was being held out to her. Orion held out the toy she had been playing with previously, the little plastic Nozomi Class that Machariel Valeria had broken on the sidewalk only about a day ago. It had been restored to a usable state by the male Plebeian, although not perfectly, it seemed pretty clear that it had been glued together. "I found it outside, it was broken" He mumbled, dropping it in front of Chiheisen on the air mattress. "Managed to fix it. Sorry''. The Elysian stepped back to his bed, leaving the child alone and lying down.

Chichi stared at the fixed toy, letting out a tiny exhale. She clutched it close to her chest, and wrapped a blanket over her head, laying quietly in place...

The resulting media outrage over the savage beating of a young child led to an investigation being launched immediately; much to the dismay of Chiheisen's parents, however, zero evidence could be found - thanks to Barachiel's efforts - apart from the testimony of Chiheisen herself, which unfortunately just wasn't enough to convict or even accuse anyone. Ultimately - over the highly emotional protestations of Mister and Misses Takahashi - it was decided by a committee of the Elysian Senate that, given the lack of suspects after an "exhaustive multi-year investigation", Chiheisen had staged the entire incident by herself in a bizarre attempt to gain attention. The Yamataians (especially) the Star Army - were not nearly as convinced, as evidenced by the Yamatai Interstellar News Network publishing a series of articles illustrating how the incident had to be foul play due to things such as Chi-Chi's injuries, her interpretation of the events, and the fact that the elevator operating system was deleted, which was impossible to do from within the elevator itself - but the ongoing war with the Mishhuvurthyar meant that interest in the incident very quickly faded away as new and more exciting things took its place within the news cycle.

A sapphire winged Caelisolan hurried through the pouring rain after getting off of a transport, with several bags in tow. She had absolutely no protection against the elements, which only added to her annoyance, as the rain began to drench the Elysians wings. It slowed her advance as they began to drag along the ground a little. Chiheisen sighed in annoyance... before a voice coming from behind made her stop cold.

"HEY! Takahashi-Hei, wait a second"

She turned to face a rather... unexpected sight. A male Caelisolan walked up to her, giving her a chipper wave. He brought over an umbrella, holding it over Chichi to prevent her from getting any wetter. They were remarkably similar, with the man mirroring most of her appearance minus his hair- which was a darker brown... Oh, and obviously a beard.

"Glad I caught you before you boarded" He said with a smile, giving the Elysian a shoulder pat. It was short lived, as Chichi moved her shoulder away from his hands grip.
"Orion. What do you want?" She acknowledged him, her wings folding a little better behind her back.

"Nothing! I'm just here to give you a little parting gift!.. Now-" He cut himself off as he reached into a bag dangling from his shoulder, pulling out what seemed to be a model kit box. Precisely, it was a freshly obtained Fuji Class, the same ship class that the Elysian was only moments away from boarding. Chi didn't say anything as she was handed the box, looking over it, before glancing back at Orion.. assuming he had caught onto her likes thanks to her mother...

"Listen. I just wanted to wish you the best. I know what it's like to be aboard a Yamataian ship for the first time, and not knowing anyone aboard. I get that you're not into the whole socializing experience- I was the same way back then, but you should try forming bonds with your shipmates. Ultimately it will only benefit you. If not for yourself, at least try doing it to function better during your missions!" Orion nodded as he spoke, one of his wings idly shaking off some water that had been accumulating on it. Chiheisen didn't really say anything, closing her eyes and sighing.

"I mean, seriously! Look at me, I went in a dumb dude and came out with a bunch of friends and a wife! You tell me how that's not an absolute win"

Chi let out a snort as she shook her head, making Orion chuckle. “Lo and behold- she's capable of humor!”. The little laugh quickly disappeared, replaced with a sigh as the sapphire winged Elysian looked back at her cousin. "...How did you get over.. you know... what happened to you.." She asked hesitantly, in a rather quiet tone. The light blue winged Elysian only grinned as memories from the YSS Kaiyo (and Kaiyo II) flooded him momentarily. Shaking his head, he placed the umbrella in Chiheisen's hands, forcing her to take it. "Well, if i told you that would be cheating, and that wouldn't be fair would it?" He raised his eyebrows as he stepped out into the showering rain, before motioning at the building in front of Chiheisen, her destination. "Don't look at me, go find out! See ya!"

Chichi gave him a gentle wave as her light blue winged cousin began to run, presumably to cover to get away from the damned rain. She turned to where she was going originally, sighing as she began to step forwards-

"-AND DON'T EAT THE SYNTHETIC PEARS! THEY SUCK ASS"

Chiheisen glanced back at the yelling birb, rolling her eyes. "..."
