YINN: AKINA-TSENLAN YE 46.8 On this day we regret to inform the residents of Tsenlan, that Testuya Eitan, Jol'Aestaesys of the United Norian Imperium and former Aestaesys of Tsenlan, has passed in the line of duty. We stand with our bretheren of the Imperium in mourning this unexpected loss. For a period of seven days all Tsenlan Quorum agencies and facilities will fly ceremonial flags at half mast. All service personnel will be authorized the wear of ceremonia earring in uniform for the seven days of mourning. Details on a memorial will be released in the forthcoming weeks for those that may wish to attend.
