The MICAS itself is acceptable. MONOS and DUOS are vague at best, and need either more added to them or should simply be dropped. The retinal imaging system is fine.

I'd like to know how this works in "common power armor", considering we don't really have one. How does it work in specific models?

What's this thing cost? How does it work with a Yamataian, a Jiyuuan, a Nepleslian? Can it just generically read any brain wave and make it happen?
 
I'll add that stuff in over the next few days. What's your hassle with monos and duos, specifically in them form of a question?
 
Much like your subcomputers submission: How do these submissions work in the actual game? Because right now, players would have to guess.
