I'm swamped with other stuff, and apparently I've been submitting this paperwork wrong. This is my official 'I need some people to get some banners' thread.
@Jack Pine and @ArsenicJohn both need Co-FM banners for 188604. They've got authority to do whatever.
I also need @Rizzo to get a GM banner, since he does sometimes run plots but isn't quite FMing for 188604.
