A quick review, as I got a chance to read it. This post STOPS the timer; this thread's status will switch.

I do not have much to say about the submission. What I do have to remark on is the "why" of it being submitted.

This mostly is directed at Arieg, but I'd like others to take note.

The Submissions Review forum is not the place for you to test your article quality to see if things are up to snuff. It's not a place for advisory opinions. It's not a forum for pre-submission QC.

It is the final step to having something entered into SARP canon. It is where you go when you are ready to have something enter that canon and take its place among the SARP setting.

If you aren't sure you want your submission reviewed —

If you're not confident it's ready to go yet —

Or if you want to get some opinions from others before you submit something —

Do not submit it here.

AND DO NOT ASK A REVIEWER TO PRE-REVIEW IT.

This submission is rejected for IC usage without prejudice. It uses major unapproved sub-articles that should be submitted separately and contains references to IC events that have not occurred.

Because it is rejected without prejudice, it can be resubmitted at a later date.

I have reviewed this submission in accordance with the Guide for Submission Reviewers.
