Proposal to keep low technological enviroment on Fenyar
(GSA Proposal #66)
Purpose:
1. To ensure the safety of the people of Fenyar.
2. To ensure the quality of life the Fenyaro have come to live with.
3. To protect the Fenyaro from unwanted outside interference.
Proposal:
1. Any person wishing to visit the planet of Fenyar must first aquire a permit to do so from the Yamatain government stating the business and length of the trip.
2. Any person visiting the surface of Fenyar must first go through a checkpoint gate on an orbitting spaceport to ensure no illegal weapons, substances, or technology is brought to the surface.
3. All persons wishing to visit Fenyar soil for any reason must first attend a short lecture on the customs and basic language of the Fenyaro.
-A. Above note will be voided if this is not the first trip said person has made to the surface.
4. Representatives of major organizations must make seperate arrangements to meet with the leaders of the Fenyaro tribes, including informing the Yamatain government of the nature of said meeting.
5. All people wishing to come to Fenyar, be it for recreation or business, will have the option of exchanging KS for planetary currency (coins or gems). If said person does not wish to make the exchange, they will be on their own in procuring goods and/or services. If caught begging, they can, and will, be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. They will be permitted to contact a representative to plead their case to the Elders of the town the offender was caught in, if they so wish.
