Adrast Type Heavy Torpedo

As well thought as this torpedo is, I am going to have to object for the same reasons I objected to the Type 30 torpedo for the Star Army. This is too strong.

No anti-ship torpedo should be able to above 10c if they weren't designed to be a long-range cruise missile and rather a weapon meant to be used in ship-to-ship skirmishes. In fact, it should actually go at high STL speeds instead so that the defender might have a chance to react to it.

I'll admit I also don't like the two stage explosion: AS-7 warheads by themselves were already extremely powerful - we don't need something even stronger; we were supposed to stop doing that.

Point 1: I'm confused, is this still aproved?

Point 2: If not, my main reason for making it FTL is because the Adrast (which can be viewed on the Wiki) is designed to be a largely stationary pseudo-station which provides defence within a system. As such its weaponary must have more mobility than it has, or it will be able to effect only the area of space around it, and in an area the size of a solar system this soon makes it useless. That's why I've kept the range down compared to other weapons. Indeed to bring it under-FTL would make it completely inferior to its main competetor - the Kante. Wheras I believe this one is far better thought out (and I should know - I designed both), I recognise that this will be a lame duck without a high speed torpedo. A sub-FTL torpedo fired over a substancial range is less than useless - it's a waste of resources.

I am willing to reduce the speed of the weapon, if it is neccesary, but I would beseech you to not make it sub-FTL - it would be useless if it was so.
