As such we would like to request information on the price of an individual unit with that configuration, so that we may place an order and arrange for subsequent purchases in the coming months.

Hello!

We appreciate your interest in the acquisition of Hikari-Class mining vessels. At this time, we do have a number of vessels available, which are ready for delivery.

At this time, we value the Hikari-Class mining vessel, per unit, at 150,000 KS for purchase, with a 1% order-total discount to be applied and added upon per vessel added to an order. We would also like to indicate that we do have lease agreements available as well, with plans available allowing for the rental of a Hikari-Class for 25,000 KS down, and 5,000 KS a month. With this arrangement, we do have a 'lease to own' policy, allowing for continued lease payments to be counted toward the cost of the vessel, once payments and cost are in balance, ownership would be transferred to your organization. We at the United Manufacturing Cooperative to not believe in concepts such as 'interest', and will maintain 150,000 KS per ship as the goal balance, sans discount.

We would like to thank you for your response. In particular we were impressed with not only provisions for a flat purchase but also the plans outlined for rentals, and lease to own. Should we need a rapid influx of vessels in the future we shall be sure to make use of this option.

Before the transaction we would like to confirm that this price includes the installation of an ARIA core, as this is necessary for our intended operation of the vessels. If this is the case we would be interested in purchasing 9 Hikari-Class mining vessels with payment preformed in full and up front. Should this be agreeable we can arrange for a transfer of funds immediately.

Yes, the quoted price does include the ARIA ship control system, sans body. The system included will be an integrated unit, minus synthetic-intelligence capabilities. Non-SI systems can be replaced with SI type systems, however, we advise that ships being operated by SI type systems have a proper crew compliment, that would remain with the unit for an appropriate duration of time for the unit to become appropriately developed for individual independent function. If a crew can not be provided to guide the SI type unit into maturity, then we strongly recommend keeping the original non-SI type unit installed.

Aside from the ARIA concern, nine Hikari-Class have been allocated for this transaction, and can be put into escrow as soon as the controller issue is finalized. These final issues can be addressed with our engineering department at <NETWORKLINK>. Please contact our escrow service at <NETWORKLINK> to finalize the transaction. We are sending contract documents attached to this message, with our portion completed, and ready to accept your acknowledgement signature to formalize this transaction as in-progress.

The clarification is appreciated, and we shall be sure to provide a properly beneficial environment for the development of an SI type ARIA should the need for such a model arise in the future. For the moment non-SI are more than capable of achieving the tasks we require as such there is no need to upgrade the units.

The confirmation that we do not require SI type systems has been forwarded to the engineering department.

The transaction has been completed and a sum of 1,350,000 KS has been transferred along with the relevantly addressed and signed documents.

We look forward to further business interactions in the future.

After a month of continuous operation we have determined that the Hikari-Class is well suited to our operations and would like to place a new series of orders.

This month we would like to purchase an additional 10 Hikari-Class vessels for 1,500,00 KS.

Beyond this we would like to arrange to have purchase 20 vessels next month, and continue to double this number every following month before making a final purchase of 1280 Hikari-Class vessels in the final month of this year.
June - 20 - 3,000,000 KS
July -40 - 6,000,000 KS
August - 80 - 12,000,000 KS
September - 160 - 24,000,000 KS
October - 320 - 48,000,000 KS
November - 640 - 96,000,000 KS
December - 1280 - 192,000,000 KS

Payment will be provided promptly each month before the transport of the mining vessels to our areas of operation.
