[HiddenSun Clan] Udano Veltin (Gravity Spike)

This is actually very nice for an Interdiction weapon. It has a short range(Shorter than most "modern" Anti-FTL tech). The only thing I see it lacking is how long the interdiction field lasts. If you can add that to the article, I'll recommend it for approval.

How would the device target a single point in space?
Also, How would it be able to create the interdiction originating from a point away from the device?
In addition, what is the range of being able to project this effect?

Alternatively, you might be trying to say that the device generates the effect centered on itself in which case saying it targets a specific point is space is misleading.

As it is, the device is too vague to be approved and needs some clarification to bring it in line with the level of description on other interdiction devices on the site.

The effect is not centered on itself, but the point of space is beneath the ship and in close proximity. Its where the gravitational energy is directed to create the distortion effect. I have added that detail to the page, and the obvious statement that the field remains in effect for as long as the system is active.

Beyond that, you need to provide what clarifications you want before I can address what concerns you have.

Yeah, I agree you didn't need to add the how long the effect lasts thing.

The problem is the focusing gravitational energy down on a point instead of having the effect emit out from some sort of device. Gravity manipulation is already iffy enough without having to figure out how someone might go about doing this.

That being said, this clarifies the 'where is the interdiction field' centered problem which is what was holding back approval.

Approved.
