OOC I'ee Character Creation Guide

So, Arsenic asked me in chat today when I'd write up a CCG for the I'ee, and I decided that it would be now! OwO

To those of you who've written one before, how does it look? Does it give the right amount of info? The weight is the only set of specifics I haven't nailed down yet; its currently tentative.

I believe, given a CCG is an OOC article not a canon addition you don't need it approved

As far as I know, they do need to get approved - as they (usually) contain vast amounts of IC information.

I don't think the NTSE should have any right to tell someone how they believe a character of their Race or Faction should be built. The faction was approved, the race was approved, and realistically all information on the CCG has already been approved. It is also an Out o Character Article. The NTSE is specifically New Technology and Setting Elements, but a CCG does not provide new technologies or setting elements. Only an OOC article about how to utilize a pre-existing setting Element.

Not only that but I asked @Wes a few months ago if I had to get my CCG approved and he more or less said exactly what I said just now. Of course, as most of my interactions with Wes, this was in the chat and it has been more than 90 days. No logs, hence the tag.

You should post it and let the NTSE tell you that you don’t need to post it.

Then why were the Elysian and Neshaten (at the very least; I'm sure there's plenty of others that my few minutes of research wasn't able to locate) character creation guides submitted to - and approved by - the NTSE?

Then perhaps we should wait for Wes to comment given I destinctly remember him telling me that because they are an OOC Article, they do not need approval. What would need to be approved? An Author writing up "Hey, this is how a *Enter Species/Faction Member here* should be made, with all the information you should know about them"
