Kai Ashigari has information which could prove extremely dangerous to the reputation of SAINT and the Emperor and Empress; he likely intends to reveal it to the public.

MISSION:

1. Eliminate Kai Ashigari and anyone else with knowledge of the coverup. So far, this includes Kai, his informant, and whoever he may be discussing it with. We don't want any loose ends.

2. Eliminate evidence or replace with altered files if needed.

3. It is vital you make sure the empire isn't implicated or connected with the deaths. If they can made to seem accidental, or coincental, that would be best.

Report on Operation Silencer:

My move to Ayenee will probably make this job easier. It will not be necessary to do a cover-up, as the assassination will take place at our base of operations. I plan to lure Kai Ashigari and his sister Elena to the Underground with a job offering that is "too sensitive to discuss over regular communication."

Our base is located underneath an associate's weapon shop. I will reveal the location to Kai, trap him and his sister inside the entrance corridor and release sleeping gas. My associate will likely be there, and he will likely be willing to participate. I will interrogate Kai to discover who he has told, if there is any evidence, and who his informant is. Should I not like his answers, the girl should prove useful.

We'll be needing a strong ADN device, a torture table, and camera from Kikyo Corporation, and Zesuaium or similar material for binding. There will likely be no need to make an elaborate cover-up. If you have an operative to spare, it may be a good idea to have psionic backup in case Kai's abilities prove too powerful. There will be no need for a mission reward.

1. Well, through no fault of my own I've been able to acquire the potential services of someone very skilled in the areas of both torture and telepathy, as well as many other areas an agent would need. This mercenary will be standing by should you need assistance. Don't call for the merc unless you need to though, as the cost of the merc's services is rather expensive for us.

2. As usual, you'll have the Yui 4g class vessel YSS Kiyomizudera (YD-45) at your disposal for transport to and from Ayenee. The equipment you specified is already being transported to the Kiyomizudera.
