Here's Asher, but not wearing the uniform.
He is wearing something along these lines. Just not quite as copyright infringing. It's in shades of brown. The artist can have the freedom to decide which. Maybe a few rags to wrap around his head (not a turban, more like bandages) with the wild hair sticking out. Big grins, please.

Itou Shiki is wearing black slacks, black pennyloafer shoes, a red dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up and a dark brown cabbie hat. Probably in a style with the brim unattached, a bit like this.

Hanadi is wearing this.
Nova Would probably be wearing a plum colored tank top, her customary rose-tinted rimless sunglasses (Lenses are round.), a flannel skirt with striped stockings and some lace-up boots. Her left arm, up to the elbow is also cybernetic with no synthskin cover so it is of metallic appearance.

Oskar Eberhardt would probably wear a rather messy, collared shirt you would find someone in an office wearing with khaki-style pants and black boots. He should look very unkempt and probably have a bottle of booze in one of his hands. Note to artist, this character has four arms (one pair right underneath the other like Goro from Mortal Kombat).

Harmony is wearing a skirt that stops just above her knees and tilts up side, the left side longer and the right side ending closer to her hips, with body suit that stops just past her calfs. Her skirt is a earthy brown tone. Her top is a sleeveless shirt with the bottom four inches cut into strips about half a inch wide with small knots tied into the bottom of them. From out of the sleeveless shirt the top half of her body suit is seen which extends to her forearms, stopping about five inches short of her wrists. The shirt itself is a deep green color, almost forest green, with the body suit being a bit lighter then her skirt.
