History and Background: Due to the distain of dishonorable combat through the use of ranged tactics the Lorath people's battle tactics have not made any grand leaps or bounds, but the possibility of large scale ranged combat remained. Thus an honorable but survival suited vehicle was proposed, thus the idea of a humanoid shaped war machine was designed. A humanoid design was chosen due to the shape of the machine being able to be easily viewed as an extension of the pilot's own body. The intended role of the "Standing Tankâ€

The shoulders seem a bit wide for a womanly form, and the mech's speed is entirely too high for its weight. Other than that, no problems with it getting approved.
 
Running speed, or falling with additonal thrust speed? and the shoulders are meant to be armored, thus the added shoulder length.
 
The running speed. It's insanely fast.
 
Well it is a 20 meter tall humanoid so its legs are going to be really long making it very fast. I wouldn't reduce the speed to much, perhaps down to around 110, 120 max speed?
 
Just to let you know...

From a practical standpoint, this military unit is a sitting duck to get killed immediately simply by virtue of its design.
