Interest Check Return of the Ilranni

Hello, you all know me by now. Since I officially am working on the Ilranni(with the blessing of Wes), I have decided to introduce them to the larger SARP Universe. This plot, if enough are interested in making this species, will focus on the first meetings between the different governments of the Kikyo Sector(Yamatai, Union, Neps, Iroma, etc) and the Ilranni. Whether that means war, peace, or an alliance has yet to be seen. If none show enough interest, I most likely will just do a short JP between a few people to introduce them, then go from there.

So if you are interested in making one of these fascinating people, please post here! Lets get them out in the Sector ASAP. Arsenicjohn and I will be working on their technology for them(ships, weapons, etc), but I thought why hold off on the role-play? Would anyone be interested in role-playing a Ilranni, or even a Kikyo Sector native to be involved in first contact?
 
Forgive me for asking, but who exactly are the Ilranni? I can't find an info on the wiki to go off of... though I am always interested in seeing new, diverse species in SARP! (I myself am working on the Kelunda rock people as a future antagonist--possible playable race).
 
Ah, I was typoing the double L... I do vaguely recall seeing that race on the short list of ones Wes wanted to see brought into the RP some time ago, so good on you for stepping up! I might be interested in giving RPing one a shot sometime... considering how well described they are.
