This is the base that will be supporting the SAINT Mission, "Radiant Serpent" aka the ISC Lindorm. This also means that I'll be placing a Yamatai flag on SX-01.

It occurs to be that a Star Army spire has a capacity of 250,000 people and this base has only 500. Maybe we should change it to just being a frontier starport (basically like the size of an airport) instead of a frontier fort (a full size military major fort). This would also make sense with the name not having fort in it.
