Telepathic Power Armour?

In designing Elysian power armour, I've been trying to come up with an interface beyond an invasive bio-neural interface (which I am guessing the Patriach's may not approve of).

As such this is my reasoning:

Elysians are telepathic.
The can engineer organics to be telepathic (Seraph)
This Power Armour is partially organic, and will have an organic computer.

As such: would telepathic communication be capable between the pilot and the armour? This would allow for the pilot to be able to control the armour effectively with only thoughts, so replicate a bio-neural interface, without relying on vocalisms which are so much slower.

In addition, given the results of the 'offensive telepathy' thread, it may be capable of projecting the sensor results it gathers directly in to the brain of the pilot, being able to make the pilot feel as if the armour really is him.

So what do you think? I don't think it's stretching things.

If this is possible, would remote control of the suit be possible? From what I understad of current era powerarmour ((At least the Mindy series and others utilized by Yamatai)) they are just an extension of the being. A Quantum Link between the suit and a Pilot could be possible, or even a less advanced/permanent connection. I understad Yamatai has Sider Tanks that operate in a similar fashion, so would this race be capable of telepathically operating their armor as a UV and if the person was advanced enough, telepathicaly operate more than one suit in a squad tactic, while wearing power armour of their own? Possibly give telepathic "Suggestions" that the suit would then carry out?

It depends on what suit you're talking about, but generally you can remote control mecha but not power armor, because power armor is something you wear, like a pair of jeans, and your body is kind of the core and skeleton for it so it doesn't move right without you inside it. I specifically put a note in the Mindy 4 stats saying it can't be used as a drone. Besides, for gameplay reasons, we want characters to go out and get into fights, not to sit back on the ship remote controlling stuff that gets into fights.
