This image somehow got churned out when I was generating with high chaos and liked it and used my editing skills to make the outfit into a Star Army uniform. But I'm not sure what exactly what is going on in this image.

Tried to make Poppy in Midjourney and then took my time coloring and editing her to be in a type of Star Army of Yamatai uniform. Ghost Nebula background by Tyler Young (purchased by me back in 2012).
Generated with Midjourney Niji 5 in scenic style, then edited and recolored by hand in Paint Shop Pro 7.04
