"They was..." a hobo counted his fingers "shix of the women, all dresshed up like they was police!"

"Nekos." Tyr muttered as he heard the hobo speak. "Six women dressed like cops... Sir.." he said to the scarred man. "Are there any women on the police force?"

"Do you know what type of weapons they were carrying?" James asked, he didn't think the hobo would know, but it was worth a shot.

"Hell no. Not in this zone, anyway," the policeman said. "our few nekos usually stick to the worst parts of the city."

The hobo said, "Energy guns."

Yoritoki walked up and said to the hobo, "Excuse me sir, do you know where they went? or at least which direction they headed in?"

Not the answer James was hoping for, but it was a long shot anyways. He saved the conversation on his datapad and then started to have a more in depth look at the surroundings. Neko's could go invisible so it was unlikely that they had been seen beyond this area. James looked at the state of Naraku's coffin/cage to see if it was still there or had been cut open.

It had been unlocked and was in perfect condition, laying near the back of the burning tank.

"Well now that is incriminating....." James said to himself as he pulled out his datapad. He attempted to get information on what the coffin/cage was locked by and who knew how to open it. James also made a 3d picture of it and saved it to the datapad. He would need it as evidence later even though he had a pretty good idea of who was responsible.

After getting no discerable answer from the man that the FCPD thugs were holding apart from some incoherent mumblings, Yoritoki followed James. As he walked up he asked, "Any idea who did this sir?"

James shook his head in a ‘no‘ but said nothing as he continued to work on his appointed task. A slight smile came to his face but only for a moment. He was having fun with this, like it was his own mystery novel, but soon snapped back to reality. His work wasn't that great of an escape from his previous line of thought and he did, after all, have someone he needed to talk to. He checked his e-mail on his data pad to see if he had gotten a message back. He doubted Yuuko would have received and answered it so soon but his mind was on her for the moment.
