i see no glaring issues that would stop Victor from entering the 13th! And the history is a non-issue, as the best way to expand history is to RP with a character other than spelling and grammar which I've fixed for ye~

I fixed some nesting and red link errors, my advice would be to add yourself a user page Bio checks out and it received the GM approval. Character approved!
