Previously Submitted? Submission was listed as an unapproved stub article for the Planet 188604 submission. I'm finally getting around to submitting this by itself, and have added a few small tweaks and some poorly photoshoped artwork into the submission.

Notes: This submission is a bit of a cop-out so I don't have to create an entire economy for my plot's setting. How can low tech humans terriform an entire planet? Constantly keep getting killed by the harsh conditions of said planet? And still have a rather large population? Abundant, terriforming, hard to kill, food supply.
