I am pleased with the reports I have received on initial integration between the 1st Expeditionary Area Army and the 5th Fleet. To finalize my annual report of reforms to be submitted to the Mistress Taisho, I wish to have a meeting between you and Olena-Chujo to work out any remaining issues with the integration.
