Project: Na-ICA32
Description: Array of satellites that can spy or disable enemy communications networks.
Justification: Recent Misshuvurthyar attacks on Nepleslia are no doubt relying on an underground communications network which we are unaware of. It is important to disable enemy forces from using these networks. This satellite array would be able to distinguish friend from foe by analyzing communication messages and relaying odd messages within Nepleslian networks to authorities that can then react accordingly.
Materials: None at this time.
