To all assigned to the Fifth Expeditionary Fleet and the Lorath

As of 1200 hours Jiyuu Global Standard Time; I, Motoyoshi Saito, accepted the name of the Motoyoshi clan as well as the rank of Taisho of the 5th Expeditionary Fleet.

All personnel will continue their current orders for the time being, while I go through fleet assignments and formulate our fleet's future plans.
