Unified Law and Military Regulations

Purpose:

1. Because not all citizens are in the military, it would be better to have the military regulations exist on their own and not as part of the Unified Law that is currently being composed.

2. Mainly for purposes of efficiency organization.

Proposal:

1. Military-only Laws (Proposals and Decrees) will not be included in the Unified Law.

2. The Proposals and Decrees that pertain only to the military that have been already passed will be part of a Military Regulation document that will be composed seperately.

3. (For clarification purposes) Military members will of course, unless otherwise specified, be subject to the Unified Law.

I have some reservations about the millitary getting it's regulations seperate from the main laws, as it may become a law unto itself, with it's members bound to now laws and having civil invulnerability to charges made by governments or people.

However Yamatai needs an efficient military to survive, and Nataria is a military planet, so in it's intrests I vote yes.

Sounds reasonable. I vote yes. (OOC: The fact that Ohara is not annexed yet will be swept under the rug until such a time that it is annexed. )

This proposal passes unanimously.
