Hmm. This is more reasonable. I change my vote to yes.
I am still hesitent to the allowence of military technology to a world like yours. There may be some faction somewhere on your world that could use the weapons for some gain.
I will motion for the changing of clause six from a fleetyard to allowing a Station to be built there. However, I would prefer if the Ohara were not allowed access to military technology. I am not against military presence, but I feel uneasy with allowing a lower level world access to the hardware.
As you said, you're people have a surplus of food stocks, so carriers and freighters are required over military vessals.

Ohara motions that clause #6 be striken from the treaty. (OOC: I've already crossed it out, since I assume New Fenyar will support this motion.)
Any Imperial technology will most likely be handled by Phodian military personnel onboard Star Army ships or stations. In addition, Ohara motions to add a new clause that prohibits taking Imperial technology planetside.
An Iori-class space station is a standard part of a Star Army fleet, I believe.
Ohara would like its carriers and freighters be escorted by Star Army vessels. It would be more efficient logistically if the escort ships and the freighters are part of the same fleet. Ohara is willing to allow Yamataian officers be in charge of the local Star Army fleet.
