I realize this is probably my second or third military design in the span of a month or so, but I will make it up by creating a very large civilian design later on (aka a more modern Civilian space station).
The Bulwark-class Military Outpost is basically a cheaper replacement for the monstrosity that was the Military Orbital Space Station. With smaller dimensions, it will be faster to construct than the MOSS but more durable than it's larger counterpart due to its more advanced armor and shields.
