Implemented Add Posting Requirements to Plot Struct

Recently we had a new player suggest this: Timing/activity requirements might be a good column to add to that plots page btw.

I think it's a great idea as it's on the forefront of everyone's minds when looking for plots! We'd need to add a new struct line to plot pages for the active plot pages to pick up on it.

Did you want this as a text field or should it have a dropdown with options for easier sorting? If the latter, what should be on the list of options? Should there be one field or two (one for the expects rate and one for how long before you are booted from the plot)?

I think a text field and only one field.
