I don't see any big problems here, but I want to make sure -- the method of delivery works well for beings who are not already built or infused with nano/femtomachine colonies, right?
 
It does work with already extant nano-femtomachine colonies; I don't see why they wouldn't, but I'll add in a clarification to the wiki page.
 
My implication was that it didn't need to work with Yamataian species because they have nano/femtomachine colonies anyway that can carry any substances. However, that's all fine.
