Ok so, I don't think tsumi characters necessarily need approval by skully or myself, unless thay have direct events or ties to neshaten people, places ect in the history, especially just to ensure the history is on par with canon events n such.

I don't see any issues in this one tho, however I will point out you may want to take away the star army common items, it didn't look like they were enlisted during their history xD

Ah, but no as far as I'm concerned, neshaten FM approval is not required for any Tsumi characters unless some part of their page involves neshie gear or history or somesuch
