Names

A name conveys an image
It conjures up a shape
Brings to mind good memories
Fun times dancing round.

Names can bring up faces,
Or familiar places,
The aspire to be more
Than script on mental paper
They strive to become a part
Of what you call your life.

They ask of you to speak their characters,
Form the word, and make the call
From thought to reality
Love scene to a brawl
Names can be everywhere, decent or obscene

But names, they hold this world together,
Names are you and me.
