From what I understand there are three requirements for a material to be a ceramic, Heating then cooling, non-metallic, and non-organic. Cerocrete is a ceramic, is made of metal, bioplastics (see: definitely organic) and is made through pressure extruding. Also sense it is pressure extruded it is extremely unlikely to be a very porous material.
Sense this material has already been approved (ugh) the only thing wrong with this currently is copy/paste straight from the Cerocrete article. Change/cutdown/remove the article describing Cerocrete on the page and you should be fine.
