To: All Star Army Personnel

1. The Star Army of Yamatai is activating selected forces from the Star Army Reserve from YE 46.8.15 to YE 48.9.15 in order to conduct emergency humanitarian operations. All reserve solders contacted must report to their assigned military bases or units for mobilization and deployment.

2. Mobilized soldiers will be assigned to temporary duty with Star Army Logistics on transportation or construction details, to Star Army Personnel, or to Star Army Emergency Services.

3. The following fleets are asked to provide transportation, construction, and humanitarian assistance support for the operation: 1st Fleet, 5th XF, plus cadre on Pisces International Station, the Reserve, Personnel, Logistics Mass Evacuation Division, and other units that volunteer.

4. The Star Army Rikugun should provide long term security and medical assistance to any refugee planetary settlements activated.

5. I authorize the creation of a special medal for all participants of this event.

6. The objective is to immediately respond to the arrival of Norian refugee ships with any required care and to ensure the safe settlement of the refugees from Norian space.

7. Code name for Op is COZY BLANKET.

We've done this before in recent memory, and I expect everyone to do their best in making it happen once more.

Orders received, thankfully we have been giving the new ship a shakedown, so we were already underway near the Kikyo Sector. We will arrive at Akina shortly.

Apologies for the tardiness in response. Shurista jumped to Hyperspace Fold within minutes of hearing of more Norian refugees. Due to Capricorn being permanently fused to Shurista's hull, we, along with our entire attatched component were dragged with. As of now, Capricorn is onsite and poised to respond with the Shuristan YEMA fleet. Shurista has quarantined nearly three quarters of their ships and almost half of their agricultural facilities including both of their more famous vessels, so the response will be limited. Also notable is that Shurista has launched their first and only dedicated combat vessel to assist in security measures.

As of now, Capricorn is three light months solar north of Akina, and the fleet is deploying.
