As efforts to improve our nation's infrastructure are underway, scientific and manufacturing giant Solan Starworks has announced plans to triple production capacity at the Mazerin Dockyards and more than double its total workforce. Work is being undertaken to develop a new staryard class that would be equipped to construct third generation MASC-type starships and craft effeciently. This was announced a month after the passionate speech given by Orin Suran and his challenge to our local enterprises to do anything and everything in their power to bolster the Astral Vaguard's efforts.
Some critics claim that this is too little too late for the planned expedition, while others denounce the humanitarian action as a throwback to our people's more militant past. Regardless, completion of the facilities are estimated to before the start of the new year.
