Contains New art? Sort of, I will eventually commission some full art, but I have included some sketching I did to at least give a feel for how it looks. I'm no artist though.

The Anoka'ano Dahome uses technologies that the Clan already has, just in smaller forms. So there is no 'new' technology in this submission.
The Sub-Articles are present so that for future tech submissions they can possibly be reused.
