A few hours ago, it was discovered that across all radio frequencies, the entire Communications Network of the United Outer Colonies went down. There has been an increase in Peacekeeper ship movement in the past 8 hours but no one has been able to get send any sort of signal through the Colonies' territory.
Even non-UOC frequencies and bands are unable to transmit into UOC space, it is difficult to judge the citizen or Governmental reaction to this phenomenon since no one could be reached for comment and the Peacekeepers are not allowing anyone through the borders.
