It looks like you forget to fill in the physical description section!
 
Is his date of birth intended to be in YE 20 or was that a leftover from the character template? I only ask because his history section is written as if he was a newly-manufactured Operator, not someone who'd transferred into an Operator body.
 
Mention officer exchange program less obliquely, like another short thing after that with a timeline reference like in [[timeline:ye_45]] Argyle something something the [[stararmy:exchange_program]] and then beeped the boop.
 
Added the description in, corrected the birthdate, and updated the exchange bit.

Thanks for catching the problems! That's what I get for working on two characters at the same time, I guess!
