New Character (Plot) Argyris "Tiger" Aparallactus

I guess this has to sit on hold until the election happens?
 
IDK, we're only about a month out from new year, so I wanted to get them submitted. At the moment, the only serious person in the race is Anslen.
 
Serious and actually winnable, unless Yamatai is ready to accept the River of Gold into their hearts.

But if there character has utility outside of politics, it could be approved now.
 
I've submitted a news post about Anslen's victory. I've also started using Tiger in the Separa'Shan culture Open RP.

He can still get approved. This application just has been hanging here for a while.
