Just what we need, a Tom Clancy's End War Tactical interface so the Commander can eat nacho Doritos in his CONUS (contingious US) home. They already think pressing a button makes the enlisted data dump information.

We already have civilian contractors who pilot drones that kill people (and sometimes their kid nearby if the person is considered a bad enough dude).
