Per the request in the SAFO thread, I created an NPC character that would lead the SAFO.

@Wes , don't see anything particularly wrong with the NPC.

The character description only describes her physically. Can we got some personality description? Also, I think this should be a Shosho.

I do have to say, the NPC namespace automatically gave me this template so that is how I forgot the personality as it was not on there.

In the NPC template, the physical and personality descriptions are combined into a single description section.
