This appears to be a weapon that ignores shields and hits by 40 DR points a second. It doesn't sound fair.

Also, is there an accompanying civilian ship submission to go with this?

Edited DR and rate of fire for pulse mode.

The subspace encased anti-neutron stuff works the same way the subspace encased positron weaponry does. Save for the fact positrons have positive charges and are lighter.
