Bolt attack drone

Why not just use the lightening shields ships already have?
 
Consider that most ships are fully protected against scalar energy anyways, and you have yourself a faily useless (and weird [since it has legs]) item here.
 
It also has the capacity to overload its zero point energy system and function like a heat round. This is just a low tech submission that would hang around till the good stuff gets approved.
